Inchwater Home Care is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and caring Care Coordinator to join our friendly office team in Whitfield.

Inchwater is a small but growing home care company, currently employing approximately 50 care staff. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining the friendly and supportive culture of a smaller organisation.

For the right person, this Care Coordinator position therefore offers an excellent opportunity to develop their skills and potentially progress as Inchwater continues to expand.
The Role
As a Care Coordinator, you will play an important part in ensuring our clients receive safe, reliable and consistent care.
Working closely with our Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, office team and caregivers, you will help coordinate our care service and ensure that both clients and staff receive the support they need.
Your responsibilities will include:
o Assisting with the coordination of caregiver rotas and client visits
o Helping to maintain continuity of care for our clients
o Responding to changes in client needs and staffing requirements
o Communicating with caregivers, clients and family members
o Supporting the office team with the day-to-day coordination of the service
o Maintaining accurate records and updating our electronic care systems
o Helping to resolve scheduling issues quickly and professionally
o Working as part of the wider team to maintain Inchwater's high standards of care
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a care coordinator who is:
o Highly organised and able to manage changing priorities
o Confident communicating with different people
o Friendly, approachable and professional
o Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
o Comfortable using computers and electronic systems
o Able to remain calm and find solutions when plans change
o Passionate about providing an excellent service to clients and supporting care staff
Previous experience within health and social care would be an advantage, particularly experience within domiciliary care, although we are also interested in applicants who have strong organisational and communication skills and are keen to learn.
The initial working hours will be:
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00AM TO 12:00PM
As Inchwater Home Care continues to expand, we expect this role to develop and additional working hours may become available in the future
