We’re looking for an established Nursing Home Manager with the experience and confidence to lead the home, support its team and continue building on its positive standards.

Leading the Home
Take overall responsibility for the successful day-to-day running of the nursing home
Maintain and build upon the home’s Good CQC standards
Lead, support and develop nursing, care and support teams
Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and personalised care
Oversee safeguarding, compliance, clinical governance and quality assurance
Monitor staffing levels, recruitment, retention and team performance
Manage budgets and resources effectively while maintaining high standards
Support healthy occupancy and the long-term success of the home
Develop strong relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals
Create a positive culture where residents feel respected and colleagues feel supported
