The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Develop relationships with leading Medical Device and Life Sciences organisations across Ireland

Build and manage a network of high-demand contract professionals across engineering, validation, automation, quality, and manufacturing

Generate and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts

Source, interview, and place specialist contractors into key projects nationwide

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to candidate placement and client relationship management

Build your personal brand as a trusted market expert

Achieve and exceed commercial and performance targets
