Your responsibilities will include:
As a Domiciliary Field Care Supervisor, you’ll support care staff, ensure service excellence, and work with the Registered Manager to maintain compliance, drive quality, and deliver care that truly makes a difference.
Supervising care delivery to maintain high standards
Conducting care and risk assessments with clients
Creating and updating person-centred care plans
Liaising with families, GPs, and external professionals
Monitoring medication administration and quality standards
Assisting with audits and supporting service improvements
Participating in the on-call rota (paid)
Covering shifts if necessary to avoid service disruption
