As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons.

Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every child feels valued.

Promote independence, confidence and resilience in pupils.

Spark curiosity and encourage children to explore, discover and develop a love of learning.

Provide tailored support to individuals and small groups of pupils.

Build positive and meaningful relationships with children, staff and parents.

Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

Contribute to maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement across the classroom.

What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will:

Have recent experience working with children within a school, nursery or educational setting.

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Be compassionate, patient and dedicated to supporting children's development.

Have the ability to motivate and inspire young learners.

Be adaptable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Have a genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
