Summary

1. Reduction in vacancy rates for Registered Nurses, Nursing Associates and Healthcare Support Workers, supporting the delivery of safe and sustainable staffing levels. 2. Reduction in turnover rates for Registered Nurses, Nursing Associates and Healthcare Support Workers through the implementation of effective retention initiatives. 3. Reduction in nursing agency expenditure through improved workforce planning, recruitment and retention outcomes. 4. Improvement in nursing staff engagement, evidenced through staff survey results and local engagement measures. 5. Improvement in staff well-being, evidenced through workforce indicators, staff feedback and participation in well-being initiatives. 6. Improved staff satisfaction with recruitment, induction and on-boarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new starters. 7. Effective contribution to the development, implementation and delivery of a Trust-wide Nursing Attraction and Recruitment Strategy in partnership with key stakeholders. 8. Effective contribution to the development, implementation and delivery of a Trust-wide Nursing Retention and Well-being Strategy in partnership with key stakeholders, resulting in improved staff experience and workforce sustainability 9. Improved retention of newly registered nurses, Nursing Associates and Healthcare Support Workers through targeted support, engagement and career development initiatives 10.
