Quarriers Fife Adult Supported Living Services is looking for a
Female Night Support Worker to join our friendly and experienced team in
Cowdenbeath.
Based within a peaceful setting of six cottages, you'll provide overnight support to adults with learning disabilities and emotional or mental health support needs, helping to ensure their safety, wellbeing, and comfort throughout the night. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that empowers people to live as independently as possible.

£13.45 per hour (
Enhanced rate of £14.43 per hour paid between midnight and 7:00am).
As a Night Support Worker, you will provide reassurance and practical support during the night, respond appropriately to any support needs that arise, complete regular welfare checks, maintain accurate records, and help create a safe and positive environment for the people we support. Some personal care support may also be required.
Working Pattern
Our night shifts typically run from
7:45pm to 8:00am, with rotas provided in advance to support work-life balance. As we provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, a degree of flexibility is required to meet the needs of the people we support. Wherever possible, we aim to provide staff with
every second weekend off, subject to service requirements and availability.
During the night, you will provide reassurance, promote wellbeing, complete welfare checks where required, maintain accurate records, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for the people we support. Some individuals may require support during the night, while at other times the role will involve monitoring and responding to any needs that arise.
