Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £75,000–£85,000 plus bonus!!
Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a strong background in dementia care and a proven track record of achieving Good CQC ratings?
We’re looking for an exceptional leader to take responsibility for an 85-bed care home in Wolverhampton, with the opportunity to shape a genuinely outstanding dementia service.
The Role
As Home Manager, you’ll lead the home’s care, culture, people, quality and performance, creating an environment where residents thrive, families feel confident and staff are proud of the care they deliver.
You will:
Lead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team
Champion outstanding, person-centred dementia care
Create a warm, stimulating and homely environment
Build strong relationships with residents, families and professionals
Ensure full CQC compliance, with an ambition to achieve Outstanding
Manage budgets, staffing and resources effectively
Drive continuous improvement and innovative approaches to dementia care
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Home Manager / Registered Manager who can demonstrate:
A proven track record managing a care home
A history of achieving Good CQC reports
Strong knowledge of dementia care and regulatory requirements
An inspiring, visible and values-led leadership style
Genuine passion for improving the lives of people living with dementia
Confidence, resilience and the ambition to make a real difference
