The National IOM Team is seeking a collaborative and strategic National IOM Partnership and Stakeholder Lead to join our multi-agency team of Police and Probation professionals, driving the development of Integrated Offender Management (IOM) across England and Wales.

The role requires strong partnership-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with responsibility for coordinating national governance, supporting performance and assurance activity, and translating complex information into clear strategic insights for a range of audiences.

Working within a fast-paced national team, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills, alongside the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple agencies and professional disciplines.

Overview of the job

The Partnership & Stakeholder Lead is responsible for the development of the systems capability to build senior stakeholder relationships between the NPS, CRCs and other partnerships.

The System Integration team will be responsible for ensuring the NPS works as effectively as possible with CRCs and other delivery partners. In Wales these roles will go further than Probation – they will also include Prison / Probation integration.
