Summary

We're looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in the BIrmingham region.

Location: BirminghamHours: 40 hours per week Starting Salary: £31,000 per annum + Car Allowance (on some contracts)Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38kStarting date: September 2027

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will assist in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop a strong foundation in quantity surveying. What will you be responsible for?

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the project team, supporting them in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects. Your day to day will include:

-Assisting in maximising gross profit for projects

-Managing commercial resources of the project

-Assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks

-Helping prepare and submit tenders and contract documents

-Collaborating with the project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements

-You hold a degree in Quantity Surveying

-You show enthusiasm for learning new skills and knowledge, and the ability to adapt in response to feedback

-You hold a full UK driving licence
