Summary
To work with children, young people and families within and associated with our church and also in the local community. To increase the church's impact through your enthusiasm for the Christian Gospel and your inclusive empathy for people. To motivate and lead those church members who are able to join in outreach activities. To participate in the Sunday Christian education of young people, initially by assisting the leader of the rota of volunteers and later potentially taking over the planning and leadership. To devise, in consultation with the minister as your line manager, innovative ways of exploring the Gospel and expressing it in practical action.
