About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor , you’ll work alongside our team to support customer engagement, sales and promotional activities.

Your responsibilities may include:

* Representing clients and promoting products or services

* Engaging with customers and creating positive experiences

* Supporting sales and marketing campaigns

* Building and maintaining customer relationships

* Learning and applying effective sales techniques

* Working towards individual and team targets

* Attending team meetings, training and development sessions

* Supporting customer acquisition and promotional activities
