Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and nutrition, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Support the implementation of personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Use electronic records to document care activities accurately and efficiently.
Drive between different care locations or clients’ homes as needed, ensuring timely support and adherence to schedules.
Promote independence by encouraging clients’ participation in activities while respecting their dignity.
Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Experience
Previous experience working in domiciliary care is highly desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates.
Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Basic IT literacy is required for documentation and accessing care plans electronically.
Valid driving license and ability to drive are preferred to facilitate travel between locations.
