Summary
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis with an immediate start.
The role involves searching for suitable candidates, reviewing CVs, conducting candidate screening, arranging interviews, following up with candidates and clients, maintaining candidate records, and supporting vacancies through to successful placement.
The role will also involve developing client relationships, generating new recruitment opportunities, and working towards closing business.
This is a flexible commission-only opportunity. Recruitment experience is helpful, but candidates with strong communication, sales, and organisational skills will also be considered.
