Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our client's reputable dealership in Heathrow. This is a structured and rewarding opportunity to develop your career within a well-established automotive environment. The role of a Parts Advisor is vital in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service within the dealership.

- Up to £31,000 basic salary, dependent on experience

- Rotating shifts: early and late shifts, including Saturdays (1 in 3)

Duties:

- Respond promptly and courteously to customer and internal parts requirements

- Assist technicians with parts procurement and stock management

- Handle all aspects of parts sales, both in branch and externally

- Manage stock levels, handle stock damage and losses, and ensure inventory accuracy

- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries professionally

- Promote customer satisfaction by providing high standards of service

- Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with Health and Safety standards

- Support promotional sales activities and assist in achieving branch targets

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within a main dealership environment

- Familiarity with Kerridge/Keyloop systems preferred but not essential

- Excellent organisational and administration skills

- Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner

- Full UK driving licence

- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
