Summary

Cineworld at The O2 Belfast is one of the most vibrant cinemas in the Cineworld estate. Situated within the bustling O2 complex, it sits alongside a thriving mix of restaurants, entertainment venues, and excellent transport links, making it a key destination for movie goers across the city. We are looking to recruit part time Baristas to support our busy weekend, evening, and late night periods. The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As a Cafe/Bar Team Member you will contribute to our success by providing legendary customer service to all customers, through providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

The Cafe/Bar Team Member is responsible for acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Cineworld/Lavazza's guiding principles, culture and values; embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do. You will also be expected to perform cinema front of house duties. You will also be working in the CineBar which will require a wide range of duties from preparing and serving drinks to engaging with customers. Some of them might specialise in mixology and creating unique cocktails.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Lavazza guiding principles, culture and values

• Embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do

• Discovering and responding to customers’ needs, providing product sampling and demonstrations to deliver the Lavazza Experience to customers.

• Follow Lavazza operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, security and health and safety to ensure the safety customers.

• Preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Using a till to take orders and process payments

• Checking customer’s identification and age verification

• Covering Cinema Team when required
