Summary

We're looking for friendly, reliable people to provide customer service for Nespresso, the premium coffee brand, working from home. You'll take inbound calls from customers and help them with orders, product questions and technical problems with their coffee machines. You'll also recommend capsules, accessories and machines where they suit the customer, and work towards sales targets.

The role involves using several systems to look into and resolve issues. You'll arrange follow-up calls where needed and represent the Nespresso brand professionally on every call.

The work is self-employed and home-based, with flexible hours between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. You'll need to be available for 3.5 hours on Mondays and/or Saturdays.

Full training is provided through an online certification course of about four weeks. It starts with instructor-led classes, running either 10am–3pm or 1pm–6pm on weekdays. You then move on to taking live calls with support, for at least 20 hours a week. Full attendance during training is required.
