Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join us on a part-time job-share basis, working 23 hours per week from Wednesday to Friday. This is a hybrid role, with Wednesday as your office-based day, working from one of our offices in Glasgow, Dundee or Aberdeen, with the remaining hours worked from home.

As part of the job-share arrangement, you’ll work closely with another Finance Business Partner to ensure continuity, share knowledge and provide a consistent service across the organisation. It’s a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the flexibility of part-time working while still having the autonomy and responsibility to make a real impact.

You’ll work closely with managers and colleagues across Cornerstone, providing financial insight, guidance and constructive challenge to help us make informed decisions and use our resources effectively.
