From delivering engaging planned lessons to supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, you'll be at the heart of creating a positive, inclusive and inspiring learning experience for all.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic HLTA who is committed to helping children achieve their full potential. Whether you're leading learning, providing targeted support, or encouraging pupils to grow in confidence, your contribution will have a lasting impact. What we are looking for Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and an HLTA qualification (or willingness to undertake) Have experience in supporting and delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development. Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning. Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.
