We’re now seeking an experienced and motivated

Regional Support Manager to join our award‑winning team . If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional care and ready to take the next step in your leadership journey, we’d love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Regional Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they achieve performance targets and operate with excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing focus and support in key homes to maintain compliance, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding service

  • Standing in for General Managers during periods of absence, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong leadership within the home

  • Identifying challenges and recommending effective solutions in partnership with the Regional Director

  • Interpreting quality and performance data and advising on actions to drive continuous improvement

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience in Care Home management roles

  • Ideally have a clinical background or strong clinical knowledge

  • Be experienced in supporting homes at a regional level

  • Demonstrate strong staff supervision and development skills

  • Hold

    NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Care for Care Homes
