Summary

To provide epilepsy specialist nursing advice, education, and leadership within the speciality. To act as a source of expertise, advice and knowledge for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals . To work within the multi-disciplinary team in the provision of optimal care throughout all aspects of the patients care pathway and in all clinical settings. Undertake clinical competencies relevant to this specialist service to develop and demonstrate autonomy in advanced practice skills in the holistic assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for the cohort of patients within the specialist service. Delivery of high-quality patient care, acting as nursing role model for nursing practice across the speciality and Trust.
