Graduate Teaching Assistant – Westminster | ASAP Start

A primary school in Westminster is looking for a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is considering a career in teaching and wants to gain hands-on experience working with children in a school.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers during lessons, work with pupils individually and in small groups and provide additional help with English, Maths and other areas of the curriculum. You may also support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and deliver targeted learning activities.

The school is looking for a confident and enthusiastic graduate who can build positive relationships with pupils and is keen to learn from experienced teachers. Previous experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work or similar would be beneficial.
