We're recruiting on behalf of a leading
aesthetics business for an experienced
Digital Marketing Lead to cover maternity leave. You'll lead the
launch and ongoing optimisation of a new
digital education platform for healthcare professionals, driving acquisition, engagement and conversion through data-led digital journeys.

- Own agency management, project plans and budgets in a regulated environment

CRM, email, marketing automation, paid and organic channels
content strategy/roadmap (eLearning, clinical/education resources, business tools) with Medical/Regulatory and agencies
Essential experience
- Digital marketing leadership in
- Strong
- Experience managing
- Confident with analytics and using insight to improve journeys and conversion
- Strong stakeholder, project and agency management
- Working knowledge of
healthcare/pharma/medical device/aesthetics or another regulated sector
CRM + marketing automation and lifecycle marketing capability
digital platforms/portals and end-to-end content delivery
Veeva PromoMats and compliant HCP communications
Desirable: aesthetics, digital learning platforms, ABPI/IPHA, Salesforce.
