We're Hiring: Corporate Account Executive

Liverpool City Centre

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Fully Office Based)

Base salary + bonus opportunities

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a

Corporate Account Executive to join a growing and fast-paced financial services and wealth management company based in Liverpool City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a degree in finance-related subjecs, or/and a background in

customer service, sales, or administration who enjoys a varied, client-facing role.

You'll work closely with Corporate Account Managers to support the delivery of financial education programmes to public sector clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Corporate Account Managers in maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Coordinate and schedule seminars, managing logistics and Financial Coach diaries
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries via phone and email
  • Ensure all seminar delegates receive accurate and timely information
  • Maintain and update internal systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Monitor seminar feedback and take appropriate follow-up actions
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to grow client engagement and service delivery
  • Produce reports and data for internal and external use
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure accuracy of client information

What We're Looking For

✅ Previous experience in

customer service, sales, or administrative roles

✅ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

✅ Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously

✅ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

✅ Confidence working in a target-driven environment

✅ A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of financial services or workplace financial education
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams)
