Site based Interview Date: To be confirmedThe St Ann’s service is a unique opportunity to connect local Salvation Army Corps, community ministries, and our specialist Homelessness Services. Our fifteen beds will provide safe accommodation for people who may not be able to access traditional homelessness pathways and create opportunities for practical support, community integration, pastoral care, and longer-term housing solutions.We are looking for a Support Worker to reducing, preventing, and ending homelessness with our clients across our services in Westminster.Key Responsibilities: Working as part of a team and being responsible to the Programme Coordinator and Duty Manager, the successful applicant will have a caseload of residents, providing one to one/individual support, working with residents to plan how support needs can be met. You will also be supporting and empowering residents through meaningful activities and to move through a structured resettlement programme, promoting choice and control, into the wider community and independence.
