Routes Healthcare is a specialist complex care provider, not an agency. We deliver one-to-one support to people with complex health needs in their own homes.
The role
You'll provide 1:1 support to a female client with complex needs, including PEG feeding, epilepsy, non-verbal communication and wheelchair use. She has a great sense of humour, loves music and has a bubbly personality.
You'll be:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting PEG feeding and epilepsy care (full training provided)
- Supporting communication and engagement
- Helping with mobility and daily living
- Driving her to appointments and activities in your own vehicle
- Following her care plan and keeping accurate records
- Evenings: 4pm–10pm
- Nights: 9pm–9am
- Specialist training in PEG feeding and epilepsy care
- 24/7 clinical support
- Enhanced rates for specialist clinical skills
- Progression into senior complex care roles
- Referral bonus of up to £250
- The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- At least 6 months' paid care experience in the UK

- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
