Join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), a team of six specialists driving value and reducing risk across Skipton's change portfolio.
- Shape how Skipton delivers change at scale through data-driven decision making.
- Partner with senior leaders across Agile Release Trains, Technology, Finance, and Product teams.
- Create enterprise-wide insights and dashboards that drive strategic decisions.
- Use predictive analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and future trends.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery performance and value.
- Coach and influence stakeholders on agile portfolio management and best practice.
- Work with leading tools including Power BI, Apptio, and Azure DevOps to deliver enterprise transparency.
We work in a hybrid way, balancing flexibility with collaboration. For this role, you'll typically spend three days a week in our Skipton office, with the remaining two days working from home.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience working in
SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management environments, helping organisations deliver change at scale.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
Hands-on experience with one of the following:
Power BI, Apptio TargetProcess and Azure DevOps to develop reporting, dashboards and portfolio insights.
Ability to manage and communicate
dependencies, risks, performance metrics and delivery outcomes across multiple Agile Release Trains.
A passion for
continuous improvement, with experience facilitating Inspect & Adapt workshops and driving positive change.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence and collaborate at all levels.
A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, value management and enterprise delivery.
