Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, entry level team member to join our busy automotive parts sales office at Imperial Automotive & Property Limited.
This is a customer facing role that involves speaking directly with customers, taking telephone and online orders, answering product and delivery enquiries, and helping customers identify the correct parts for their vehicles.
A key part of the role will be developing a strong understanding of vehicle models, body styles and part fitment. Full training will be provided, so previous automotive parts experience is not essential. However, an interest in cars and a willingness to learn would be a strong advantage.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in automotive parts, sales, customer service or office administration.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting customers with enquiries
Taking and processing telephone and online orders
Helping customers identify the correct parts for their vehicles
Checking vehicle details and product fitment information
Responding to customer emails and online enquiries
Providing customers with order and delivery updates
Learning about vehicle makes, models, body styles and automotive parts
Accurately entering and updating information on computer systems
Supporting the sales team with general office and administrative duties
Maintaining a professional and helpful approach when dealing with customers
