We are seeking a motivated and organised Training & Compliance Officer to support Facilities Management services in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality operations. Working closely with operational teams such as catering, cleaning, and janitorial services, you will help ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and best practice while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in training, compliance, health and safety, or operational support who is passionate about developing people and improving service standards. Driving is a requirement for this role.
