The Role

We are a well-established venue in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, seeking an experienced Tandoor Chef to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic tandoori dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

-Preparing and cooking a variety of tandoori dishes

-Marinating and seasoning meats, fish, and vegetables using traditional methods

-Operating and maintaining tandoor ovens safely and efficiently

-Ensuring food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards

-Managing food stock and minimising waste

-Maintaining full HACCP compliance and food hygiene standards
