Summary
Responsible for scheduling work, managing resource and priority conflicts. Direct supervision of drivers and coordinators to ensure work is completed in-full, on-time and to therequired quality. Contribute to a safe working environment. Work with staff and customers at all levels to ensure proper management of change, compliance and reporting of non-compliance. Ensuring escalation protocols are followed. Management of staffing issues, adhering to the best standard of care, confidentiality and civility at all times.
