Summary

The Band 5 Annex T posts are development posts where you will undergo a period of preceptorship with the aim of gaining the competencies required to fulfil a Band 6 position. During this period, you will be assessed and if you meet the competencies there will be an increase in your salary as you progress up to Band 6. A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
