Multitrade
- Carpenter to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Multitrade
Carpenter:
- Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance to occupied and void social housing properties.
- Completing first and second-fix carpentry works to properties, communal areas and external areas.
- Repairing and replacing doors, door frames, architraves, skirting boards and other timber fixtures.
- Installing and repairing kitchen units, worktops, cupboards and other joinery.
- Carrying out repairs to flooring, floorboards, timber structures and other carpentry elements.
- Completing repairs to windows, frames and other timber components where required.
- Undertaking repairs to damaged timber following leaks, damp, rot or general wear and tear.
- Completing void property works to ensure properties are brought up to the required lettable standard.
- Working from job sheets and schedules to complete repairs within agreed timescales.
