Duties as Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

Support children within the Early Years setting in line with the EYFS Framework
Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play
Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements
Foster children's personal, social, emotional, and educational development
Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
Work closely with teachers, colleagues, and parents to support individual needs
Promote positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times

Ideal Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
Knowledge of child development and early learning practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
