Primary Teacher – International School | QTS | Overseas Teaching | Relocation Package

Luma Education Recruitment is recruiting a qualified Primary Teacher with QTS for an exciting overseas teaching opportunity at a British curriculum international school.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced UK Primary Teacher, KS1 Teacher or KS2 Teacher looking to take the next step in their career, gain international teaching experience and experience living and working overseas.

Primary Teacher – International School

You will join a welcoming British curriculum school and deliver high-quality teaching to primary-aged pupils in a supportive international environment.

The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress and creating a positive classroom environment where children can thrive.

The role would suit a teacher with experience in a UK primary school or another British curriculum setting who is looking for an international teaching job overseas.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality Primary teaching across the British curriculum

Teach pupils across KS1 and/or KS2, depending on experience and school requirements

Deliver engaging lessons in English, Maths, Science and other areas of the primary curriculum

Differentiate teaching to meet individual pupil needs and abilities

Monitor, assess and record pupil progress

Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour

Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants and school leadership

Contribute to school trips, clubs, enrichment activities and wider school life

Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare

Requirements – Primary Teacher / QTS

To be considered for this overseas Primary Teacher job, you will need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school or British curriculum school

Experience teaching KS1 and/or KS2

Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

A commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare

Flexibility, resilience and adaptability when working in an international environment

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain the required checks

Eligibility to work in the advertised overseas location

Salary, Relocation Package & Benefits

£34,000 – £46,000 per annum, depending on experience
