Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Executive position at a well-established dealership. Duties:

- Follow the manufacturer’s sales process accurately to meet enquiry management targets

- Maintain detailed and accurate vehicle, customer, and sales documentation according to manufacturer standards

- Prospect for new and used car customers using various sources and create sales opportunities

- Use effective follow-up strategies to build long-term relationships with customers and maximise repeat business

- Promote finance solutions and adhere strictly to FCA guidelines when discussing financial products

- Oversee the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customer understanding of vehicle operation and aftersales support

- Participate in sales campaigns, promotional events, and both on-site and off-site activities

- Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for part exchanges

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a car sales environment, ideally within prestige or high-end brands

- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

- Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences

- Full UK driving licence

- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and delivering memorable customer service

- Demonstrable negotiation skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude

- Stable employment history in a customer-facing sales role
