Duties of the Paint Sprayer:

- Understand and apply spray-painting technology, including paint composition and mixing techniques

- Keep up-to-date with product advancements through ongoing training

- Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and surface preparation

- Achieve high standards of spray finish, ensuring customer satisfaction

- Use prescribed safety equipment and attend company-arranged medicals

- Report any health or vision concerns promptly to your manager

- Maintain tools and equipment in a clean and safe condition, with attention to fire hazards

- Follow all health and safety and housekeeping policies

- Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to meet team objectives and production targets

Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:

- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within an accident repair environment

- ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Capable of working efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
