Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealership in Llandudno for a highly motivated Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. Duties:

- Engaging with potential customers via outbound calls, prospecting, and in-person visits to generate leads

- Managing a healthy sales pipeline by building and nurturing customer relationships

- Conducting vehicle presentations and understanding customer needs to tailor the sales approach

- Negotiating deals effectively to maximise sales and customer satisfaction as the Car Sales Executive

- Upselling complementary products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories

- Utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory, and follow up on leads

- Supporting marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings and events

- Delivering excellent customer service from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade

- Strong negotiation and organisational skills to handle multiple clients effectively

- Proficiency with CRM software and basic organisational tools

- Fluency in both Welsh and English is highly desirable

- Valid full UK driver’s licence is essential

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for the Car Sales Executive

- Willingness to learn and develop within the automotive sector
