BMS Service Engineer – London – £55,000
We are working with a well-established BMS specialist that provides innovative, energy-efficient building management solutions across commercial and retail environments. As a result of continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are now looking to appoint an experienced BMS Service Engineer to support clients across Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong BMS service, maintenance, and fault-finding experience to join a business that offers stability, autonomy, and a strong benefits package.
Package:
- £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out service, maintenance, and fault-finding on BMS systems and associated control panels
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across a range of commercial and retail sites
- Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive service works to a high standard
- Liaise professionally with clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer service
- Support the efficient operation of BMS systems to help improve energy performance
