With a strong commitment to excellence, collaboration and innovation, the Academy is building a culture where both pupils and staff can thrive, making it an inspiring place to work and develop professionally.About The RoleWe are seeking a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team and act as the first point of contact for our Academy. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing an efficient front-of-house service to students, parents, staff, visitors and members of the wider community. You will play an important part in creating a welcoming environment, ensuring enquiries are handled effectively and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office.Key responsibilities include:Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in, safeguarding and visitor procedures.Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate member of staff.Providing a professional and helpful service to students, parents, staff and external agencies.Managing deliveries, post and parcels, ensuring items are recorded and distributed appropriately.Maintaining accurate records and updating information on school systems.Supporting general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence and office administration.Ensuring reception areas, displays and information points remain welcoming, accurate and up to date.What We OfferWe care about our staff and are committed to creating a positive and supportive working environment.
