Summary
• Manage our established and well-regarded training programme across the area.
• Building on our existing established community learning projects, the Officer will work together with our Training Support Officer to plan, promote and implement short community-based courses.
• Coordinate and provide targeted, relevant, accessible training focused on engaging with residents and the wider community.
• Support learners with opportunities to help them seek employment. Enable those who are socially isolated or disadvantaged to develop progressive pathways into work, volunteering, further education and community involvement.
• Promote and sustain partnerships and engage with all members of the community.
