Provide and lead clinical education within practice to Health Visiting/ School Nursing Teams which will include pre and post registration students. Provide guidance and support to members of staff where competency issues have been raised, devise plans and support packages to address competency issues. they are Fit for Practice to ensure registration with the NMC. Support SCPHN students with their assessments and practice outcomes. Support Trainee Practice Educators and Mentors and other pre and post registration students. Assess/develop and implement care plans within own and students caseloads and advise families of relevant care and ensure care given is evidence-based.
