Summary

360 Services supplies a diverse spectrum of nationwide safeguarding, security, concierge, and associated facilities services - including CCTV, Waste Removal, Cleaning & Building Maintenance.

We are looking for a Controller with strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience using Microsoft Office to oversee evening and night operations and ensure smooth running during unsociable hours.

Key Responsibilities: Staff rosters using Rostering software (Parim) - training will be given to a successful candidate who are not familiar with it. This would include:

- Populating the roster

and ensuring:

- That all shifts are covered as required

- That staff arrive on time

- That check calls are made and patrols are being conducted.

- That Incoming and outgoing calls to our clients and staff.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that company documentation is completed on time and returned by field-based staff.
