Summary

CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading professional services organisation in Guildford to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager on a temporary basis. This growing and forward-thinking business is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will take ownership of UK financial reporting activities, work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in enhancing reporting processes and supporting strategic decision-making.

What will the Financial Reporting Manager role involve?

• Leading the preparation and review of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting statutory audits

• Providing insightful analysis of financial statements and liaising with key stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making

• Supporting the implementation of reporting processes and system improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and group reporting activities as required

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Reporting Manager vacancy:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA

• Proven experience in financial reporting, ideally within professional services or similar sectors

• Strong technical accounting skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data

• Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with senior stakeholders and managing relationships
