Support for Hyper Acute Stroke, Acute Stroke and Rehabilitation wards, to support consultant led ward rounds. Support for acute thrombolysis supported by specialist nursing team and stroke consultant TIA clinics Frequency of each to be determined by service need following negotiation with successful applicant.
