Would you like the opportunity to join a friendly, supportive and ambitious Business and Transformation Team, while helping to shape and improve healthcare services for some of the most diverse communities in London?

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the CNWL Goodall Division’s Business and Transformation Team for two substantive, dynamic, motivated and highly organised Business and Transformation Managers.

The roles will primarily cover two portfolios:

Portfolio 1: Children and Young People's Services

· Children's Community Services (Inner and Outer London)

· Children's Mental Health Services (CAMHS)

· All-Age Eating Disorders Services

· Other Divisional services as required

Portfolio 2: Mental Health Services

· Hillingdon Adult Mental Health Services

· Hillingdon Older Adult Mental Health Services

· Mental Health Rehabilitation & Arts Psychotherapy Services

· Other Divisional services as required

Both posts form part of a high-performing Business and Transformation Team and will support the delivery of national priorities, Trust objectives and local transformation programmes.

The roles require flexibility to work across CNWL office and clinical sites throughout Inner and Outer London with remote working arrangements as appropriate.

These are both strategic and hands-on programme management roles requiring collaborative working with a wide range of internal and external partners, including clinicians, operational managers, commissioners, local authorities, voluntary sector organisations, service users and carers.

The successful candidates will lead and support a diverse portfolio of transformation, quality improvement and business development initiatives, including:

· Service redesign and pathway transformation

· Development of new models of care

· Business case and investment proposal development

· Programme and project management

· Activity and demand modelling

· Data analysis and performance improvement

· Cost improvement and efficiency programmes

· Service mobilisation and implementation

· Stakeholder engagement and co-production

· Contract and commissioner-led initiatives

· Quality improvement and change management programmes

You will be responsible for leading multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring robust governance, effective stakeholder engagement and successful delivery of agreed outcomes.

As a key member of the relevant service line Senior Management Team, you will work closely with clinical and operational leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, support strategic planning and deliver meaningful change for patients, families and carers.

You will be comfortable working independently whilst also contributing to a supportive team environment. You will be able to take high-level strategic direction from senior leaders and translate this into clear plans, tangible actions and successful delivery.

As these roles support services across multiple boroughs and locations, applicants must be willing and able to travel to CNWL office and clinical sites across Central London, Inner London, North West London and Outer London as required.
