Are you a Chef de Partie looking for a role that offers great daytime hours, a genuine work-life balance and the opportunity to have an input into the food offering?
We are working with a leading national contract caterer who are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their team at a specialist meetings and conferences site.
This is a predominantly Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30 role, with only occasional Saturday working - typically around one Saturday per month, although there may be some periods where two Saturdays are required.
The Role
This is a smaller-scale, quality-focused operation catering primarily for meetings, conferences and corporate events. The food offering ranges from:
There is no retail operation, allowing the kitchen team to focus on delivering a high-quality service to conference and meeting guests.
The site is also looking to develop and improve its food offering, so this is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie who wants to contribute ideas, develop menus and have a genuine influence on what is served.
