Summary

Customer Service Advisor - Castle Donington

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work with a leading logistics company in Castle Donington. You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and providing support across various channels to ensure a high-quality service experience.

Shift patterns:

* 37.5 hours per week

* 7.5 hours per day, with shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 19:15

Pay rates:

* 15.34 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Customer Service Advisor:

* Must have availability at the end of May for a formal interview

* Must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years

* Must have a clean DBS check

* Must have at least 6 months of experience in a call centre environment

* Must have experience in sales

Role for Customer Service Advisor:

* Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal systems

* Track deliveries and provide accurate information regarding products and services

* Resolve customer queries efficiently with a focus on first-time resolution

* Identify opportunities to upgrade or cross-sell services while maintaining brand standards

* Manage customer objections professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and confidence
