Based at The Factory of the Future in Catcliffe, Rotherham, you will play an integral role in supporting a world-class innovation centre. You will be an integral component of our highly collaborative, and busy Office team responsible for the smooth running of the broader AMRC group, which encompasses approximately 600 staff across multiple sites.

As a core member of our staffing function, we deal with

●       Staffing contracts: Accurately provide support and guidance in relation to policies and processes.

●       Enquiries: Efficiently managing and triaging staffing specific enquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions to ensure a high-standard response.

●       Team Contribution: Seamlessly collaborating with administrative colleagues across the AMRC and University to maintain a balanced workload and ensure the smooth continuity of daily operations.

To succeed in this position, you must bring a balance of professional administrative competence and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Dynamic Teamwork & Initiative: A proven capability to collaborate productively within a close-knit team environment alongside the confidence to work independently using your own initiative when handling tasks.

Technical Proficiency: Competence and practical experience navigating both Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in numeric and personal data entry, essential for processing recruitments including visa applications.

●     Discounts at participating shops and cinemas, and a cycle to work scheme.

●     A commitment to your development, with programmes, learning modules and mentoring schemes.

●     An inclusive and diverse workplace.
