Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 per year
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Home Manager (RGN) to lead an established nursing and dementia care service in Plymouth.
This role offers the opportunity to take overall responsibility for the leadership, quality, compliance and operational performance of the home while ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, support staff development and drive continuous improvement across the service, working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
